The Foundation will always process your request promptly and inform you, in any event within one month after receipt of the request, of the action taken. If the Foundation does not grant your request, it will inform you of the reasons why.

The Foundation will immediately, and in any event within one month, deal with the objection and remove the personal data concerned, unless it is unable to do so on account of a statutory obligation.
